Euan joined Rockbourne in 2020, and in that time has successfully completed 40+ searches within the real estate private equity and investment management space. He specialises in supporting clients to hire senior Investment and Asset Management leaders. Euan has 10+ years of recruitment and search experience.

Matthew Watts – Founder & Managing Director

Matthew is responsible for directing the company and executing senior mandates. He founded Rockbourne in 2017 on the belief that search should be done in a more human-centric and client-driven way.

This empathetic approach, along with a dose of grit and hard work, paid off, and today Rockbourne works with top industry names, and the business is just getting started.

Ashwini Loke – Research Analyst

Ashwini has been responsible for mapping the property market and identifying top talent across multiple Asset Classes. She brings to the job an unrivalled attention to detail and a passion for real estate.

Lochie Payne – Senior Associate

Lochie has conducted a substantial number of searches in the real estate development space, with a key focus on senior appointments across Development, Project Management, and Construction. Graduating from Newcastle University with a 2.1 in Business Management.

George Williams – Senior Associate

George has been with Rockbourne for two years and in that time has completed a significant number of senior searches within the real estate private equity and investment management space.  Before joining Rockbourne George worked as a commercial real estate agent, and is a graduate of Reading University where he gained a BSC in Real Estate.

Rebecca Latham – EA

Rebecca studied at Manchester Metropolitan University, where she qualified in Events Management. After an exciting career in international air sports events, she found herself missing her animals.

Rebecca started supporting as an Executive Assistant for C-suite, D-suite and HNWI across multiple industries. With an interest in operational processes, she transitioned into a governance role where she assisted at Board level and gained exposure to key business functions. Her professional journey evolved into compliance and assurance, where she successfully managed an audit program for the central government.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Rebecca is an avid animal lover. During her leisure time, she enjoys riding her horses and walking her dogs. She has a passion for travel and will take any opportunity to book weekend breaks across Europe.
